In 1995, Petroleum Strategies, Inc., created and hosted the first Executive Oil Conference. Since that time, the Conference has brought hundreds of oil and gas industry executives and managers to Midland, Texas, for education, networking, and dealmaking—all with one focus: the management of oil and gas property portfolios.
